• Paradise Lodge operates on a self catering basis only.
• Paradise Lodge does not provide or arrange services such as dinner, transport, tours, baby sitting or conferences.
• Room rates are subject to the number of people that occupy a room. Persons over the age of 12 years are considered as adults and charged accordingly.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Reservations office hours : Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.
• Reception is open from 7:00 to 19:00.
• To make a booking, please provide the guest name, surname, number of persons sharing each room, with their mobile number. Also provide the arrival and departure date of each guest and confirm the preferred payment method.
• Upon receipt of the above information Paradise Lodge will send a provisional booking with reference number and relevant reservation details to the guest by fax or email. Please ensure all booking details are correct before confirming this enquiry.
• A deposit of 50% is required to confirm all bookings. Upon receipt of the information Paradise Lodge will send a Pro Forma Invoice as reservation confirmation with reference number and relevant reservation details to the guest email.
• All accommodation is payable in advance or on arrival unless otherwise agreed in writing. Room keys will not be release to guests without payment.
• A cancellation fee of 50% is payable should a confirmed booking be cancelled with less than 48hrs notice.
• The full cost of accommodation of up to 5 days is payable should a guest fail to arrive or cancel or end the reservation with less than 24 hours notice.
• Cash, Internet transfer are valid payments. Cheques are not accepted.
• Paradise Lodge is a NON SMOKING establishment. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.
• Check in time is between 14:00 and 19:00 unless prior arrangements have been made. No check-in will be made after 21:00.
• Check out time is between 06:30 and 10:00 unless prior arrangements have been made. No check-out after 13:00. Guests that check out after 14:00 without prior arrangement will be liable for an extra night's accommodation.
• Upon check out rooms must be locked and keys handed in at reception or deposited in the key box.
• A digicode is necessary to enter at Paradise Lodge. Codes will be given after booking has been confirmed.
• Paradise Lodge accept no responsability for any loss or damage.
• All rooms are serviced daily between 08:00 and 13:00.
• Laundry services are available from monday to friday for extra costs.
• Internet access is available in most of the rooms. WIFI is available for free.
• Guests retains personel liability for any loss or damages caused to the property of Paradise Lodge.
